Put ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes.
If mixture is too hot to strain, let cool for a few minutes.
Strain with a nut milk bag or a thin dish towel.
Use organic ingredients if possible. Stores in the fridge for 3-4 days. Use for cereal, oatmeal or drink plain! Save the pulp and toss into a smoothie or oatmeal. Separation will occur. Just shake prior to use.
