Loving this KIMCHI right now!

Fermented foods such as kimchi are extremely helpful to digestion, create good bacteria and help remove toxins from your body. Without getting too technical, these are just a FEW of the benefits!

Kimchi is essentially pickled vegetables. The vegetables are high in nutrients and are disease-fighting. There are many different flavors so you can test a few to find your favorite one. Try to stick to organic brands please! 

This week for dinner one night, I had a pita stuffed with a chickpea veggie burger, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, peppers and kimchi. YUM! It may smell a little potent when you open the jar but it sure adds a fun element to your sandwich or salad.
