You can try this with any bean. Each will taste a little different. Rotate them and find your favorites!

Avery’s Favorite Hummus
  1. If you are using dried beans. Soak overnight. Then boil until soft.
  2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend to your desired consistency stopping every 30 seconds to mix.
  3. If hummus is too thick, add ¼ cup of water. You can also add another tablespoon of olive oil or a little more lemon juice.
  4. Serve with your favorite vegetables, crackers or pita.
