Have you ever tried to make your own almond milk? Sounds hard, right? I was never interested until I tried it and now I love it! So do my husband and kids! It takes 20 minutes from start to clean up and it is worth every second!

Instructions
  1. Soak almonds in water overnight.
  2. Drain water.
  3. Place almonds in Vitamix, blender or food processor.
  4. Pour in 3.5 cups of water.
  5. Remove pits from dates and place dates in Vitamix.
  6. Blend on high for at least one minute or until everything is pureed nicely.
  7. Over a bowl, pour liquid into a nut milk bag to strain.
  8. Squeeze out as much liquid as possible. If there is still a little pulp, strain one more time.
  9. Drink!
Recipe Notes

Enjoy for up to 3-4 days. Option to always add a pinch of salt or a dash of vanilla extract. You can use the almond pulp for baking, oatmeal, granola, smoothies and more! Next time, try my Creamy Coconut Milk Recipe! Here’s a video of how I make it!
